We ship from our warehouses in Sweden to every country within mainland Europe.*
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and it will also show up on your profile page under My Account > Orders*.

We offer free shipping on all orders over € 100.For orders under €100, the shipping cost will depend on the destination and the weight of the package.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via a reliable courier service.
Delivery times will vary based on the destination, but most orders should arrive within 5-7 business days.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If you have any special shipping requests or need expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but additional charges may apply.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be incurred on international shipments. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any such fees.

Please bear in mind that if the customer sends an e-mail requesting a cancellation immediately after the purchase, there is no guarantee that Customer Service will have time to notify the sending department of a possible cancellation

We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure they arrive in good condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue
