At our company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, including all packaging and tags. We cannot accept returns of used or damaged items.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to package and send the item(s) back to us.

The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
